I am the Robert H. McKinney Emeritus Professor of Law and Professor Emeritus of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, Bloomington. I remain active as a Senior Research Fellow in the Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis, also at IU. My main research interests include law, legal history, governance, property, environmental protection, natural resources conservation, institutional analysis, and political theory. I was on LinkedIn in its early days, but hardly ever used it. Now that I'm retired, perhaps I'll use it more?I am also a musician who plays drums and keyboards, mostly jazz but also rock 'n' roll.
