One of my key initiatives has been the establishment of the Business Control department, enabling us to effectively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all revenue segments while diligently managing costs. Moreover, I have been instrumental in developing comprehensive business cases for new products, stores, and large one-off deals. Another aspect of my role involves driving a data-driven approach within the organization. To this end, I have implemented multiple Power BI reports and established a centralized data warehouse, thereby enhancing the accessibility of our data for informed decision-making. Show less
