A Little Market, the market leader of handmade and vintage products in France was bought in 2014 by Etsy, his big brother from the US. Later on, it was decided, on an IT point of view, to include A Little Market local IT within Etsy internal network and change all the equipment (computers, network, ISP, etc...)Joining Etsy, my role was to gather all needed information to prepare this big migration.What we do at Etsy:- Helpdesk, local and remote. Etsy has offices in San Francisco CA, Hudson NY, Brooklyn NY, Toronto, Dublin, London, Paris, Berlin, Melbourne and Tokyo. We also have remote employees in the US, in the UK, in Italy and in India- Network setup and maintenance (ISP contract, Cisco L2 switches and WAPs (WLC) and SonicWALL/pfsense firewalls)- Network & System monitoring with Nagios, Smokeping and Cacti (SNMP)- Deployment, provisioning, inventory, software and content distribution using JAMF Pro Suite (CCT/CCA certified)- Accounts provisioning for LDAP systems like Github, OpenVPN, Atlassian Suite. Google Suite and SSO linked tools such as Slack, Lucidchart. On-call tools, PagerDuty.- Ticketing system with Atlassian Jira, collaboration tools with Atlassian Confluence- Securing devices and network access (802.1X, Dashlane, Duo Security, Filevault on the fleet)- Securing the offices, working with the PhySec team and S2 Systems- Point person in France for the worldwide SOX (global Corp IT and A Little Market related) projects at Etsy- AV ninja with Vidyo systems- Homemade hacks and tools for our fleet and user management- Office buildout- And more !In Paris, I am in charge of keeping both A Little Market and Etsy France offices up and running and provide IT assistance when needed.Legacy tools and services used by A Little Market also needed to be migrated into Etsy's infrastructure, this includes Google Suite merging (email, storage, collaboration tools), Jira projects merging, and more.

Aldebaran Robotics is a recognized world leader in the rapidly expanding field of humanoid robotics. Founded in 2005 with offices in France, China, Japan and the United States, Aldebaran launched the "NAO" robot which has become an internationally adopted platform used in education and research. More than 600 prestigious universities, labs and secondary schools worldwide are working daily with NAO.In July of 2014, Aldebaran opened its first Atelier in Issy-les-Moulineaux, allowing for the public to come and freely interact with Nao and Pepper and learn about humanoid robotics.Working daily with almost 30 robots, i need to watch over their good health (in a hardware point of view) and also partner with our development team to keep their content up to date and add new apps and stuff. I am also in charge of keeping all IT related devices up and running within the Atelier.
