I'm a person that is motivated to learn new things, to thrive in adversities and to always have new challenges and goals to keep developing as a person and as a professional.I’m a Business Informatic Engineer from Talca University, in Chile.My career is based in two big areas, understanding the logic of programming to adapt to new tools and business and project management.Therefore, I consider myself as a hybrid professional between the world of informatics and management, being able to understand requirements with clients and translate them to informatic language through specific goals and needs.Through this I have become a facilitator when a union with commercial, management, project management, informatics and customer experience.I have knowledge in Customer Experience, Zendesk and Cybersecurity.I’m planning on broad my horizons through new knowledge and opportunities.
