In this role, I oversee two departments on :-Branded Content & Fiction/ Non Fiction:Implemented full 360 Brand Campaigns from concept, execution and Promotion/Marketing Was one of the first executives of pioneer influencer branded content with A+ talent. Fiction series - produced a fiction series for OTT Platforms. Talent Based content - strategised, curated, and produced all the content for the exclusive roster of artists apart from managing their digital online . Job Roles entailed : 1) Content - To develop and oversee content for the digital space, full length shows, to interstitials, short form social media content. to work on a project from conceptualizing it to execution, oversee content on social media influencer marketing as well, I put in the right person for the right job from a writter, director, producer, and there in oversee the entire production.2) Talent Management - to oversee, ensure we have strategies for all 30+ celebrities on the roster, who range from leading Actors, Sports stars, Musicians, Regional Stars , where in we build in social media strategy ,specific to their personalities, in turn building their engagement and numbers , building digital campaigns for them, and managing their entire entity on the digital space, including building content with them,

My role here involved overseeing the promos produced for the 4 Plus TV Channels, I was the person in charge for all promo production and was in charge of a make list wherein requests from studios, marketing and other departments would make their requisitions I would ensure delivery on from a timeline perspective and brief given.

My current role that has also gone though various changes while my 5 years at Disney, when I joined I was responsible to leading the operations for the On Air Promos and Short form programming department for the 3 channels and was part of the team that launched a new channel, Disney Junior. I was responsible to engage and set up content teams to produce quality kids programming for the channels. While in the role, I was made responsible for overseeing budgets and head Talent management for the cast - which would kid actors, established celebrities, musicians,comedians etc for television who would promote the brand in turn. As of now, I work in the product planning team and have 2 network roles :- 1) Lead the Talent Management department for Television - which is working on movie tie up integration plans that service the tv network and promote films , responsible to rope in celebrities for various shows where we need their support, the one point for all talent across the TV business and overseeing their promotions, building them as a brand. 2) Product Planning for TV- Manage the operations for promo and short form production through a make list system, and ensure the promo strategies are in tact in terms of number of messages, and this is for both Disney and UTV Channels which in all is 9 channels.

I would be responsible for the show , from pitch stage to execution, be the one point contact for the broadcaster, talent on the floor, and production , to ensure all was delivered as per brand position and content strategy

my role here was to reach out Bollywood stars to come onto the show to help promote the message we needed to do so and come in on free of cost, and give us 3 days of their time for shoot, and therein ensure all their requirements were met along with the content we wanted from them would be got by me,

I would be in charge to sit on pre-production of a shoot, from It being written, shot, edited, and tape delivered and ensuring all on air timelines of the show were met.
