Thank You for your interest and taking a stop by my profile :)I am a SHRM Certified HR Professional (SHRM-CP) and AON certified HRBP having 11+ years of hands on experience into handling various Human Resources Management activities at corporate level; below are some of the HR activities that I have got exposer into so far:Talent Management:Right from On-Boarding/Induction till Exit of employees (the complete cycle), worked on Organizational Development and Employee Relations/Engagement, including Ex employee relations. Competency Mapping (Career Progression), Performance Management, Statutory/Labor compliance activities ,Policy drafting,Payroll, Leave and Attendance mgmt, HR Audit, various HR Ops activities, Client/Vendor Management,Grievance Handling and Counseling, Rewards & Recognition, HRIS and HR system UAT plus project coordinator etc.. are other areas, that I have worked under Talent Management segment. Talent Development:Training Needs Analysis (TNA),Trainer identification, discussions with stakeholders on go about, preparing the quarterly/ annual training calender, budgeting the training cost, evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of the sessions, Coordinate with trainers and training institutes etc...Talent Acquisition: Have hands on experience with complete Recruitment & Selection life cycle (IT & Non IT); into both Permanent and contract/staff augmentation hiring; right from discussing with the hiring Manager about a vacant position(HRP, job evaluation/Analysis) till closure of requisition with compensation negotiation. Have worked on Recruitment drives (campus recruitment, walk-in's, Job fair) apart from Headhunting, Lateral hiring, portal recruitment and social media recruitment etc.Working into HRBP, OD and Employee Relation activities are what interest me more, from the entire gamut of HR functions.I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and my goal as a HR professional is to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with all the stakeholders, senior leadership, employees, candidates and vendor/clients alike.
