Not one day is the same! Coming into work and being able to find temporary roles for people is my role. Sourcing candidates, consisting daily telephone interviews, performing presentations with candidates, doing role plays, doing face to face interviews, making hiring decisions, organising new starter packs, minute/note taking for disciplinary meetings. Assisting with open days, job fairs liaising with potential clients and building relationships with stake holders.

To monitor and host airport facilities and services, work on the x-rays and responsibility to search passengers.
