Senior Engineer
CurrentProduct & Process Quality Assurance :- Customer complaint handling & Technical support- Warranty claims & defect costs analysis- Monthly Quality KPI reporting- Management Q reviews coordinator- Problem solving using standard Q methods (8D, 4Q , FTA, PSS, etc.)- Q rep. in product launch, engineering & projects- Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment management- Promote Q policy, Strategies & QMS within the organization.- Conduct the root cause analysis on customer complaints, and identify the gaps in the manufacturingprocess ( inhouse and Supplier end ) and implement the corrective actions through innovative methods - Participate in DFMEA and PFMEA process and provide the inputs to the development team on product improvements and ensure effective controls are implemented.- In charge for incoming Quality , Endurance and Practicle test labs- Testing plam , associate plan in IQC and Other labs Experience in PUQ department ( Purchasing Quality ) :- Vendor Quality Monitoring- Planning Vendor Quality Meetings- Supplier 8D evaluations- New part releases (ISIR)- PPAP process- Vendor Q issues and improvements , etc .- Q drive at vendor site - Joint investigation for serious complaints
