As a Project Officer I have supported ERDF funded projects with in CUE and University. I have monitored and worked on Touch Digital budget ensuring the project was running in line with profile. Following protocols to ensure audit trail and requirements of each funder are met as well as providing a high quality customer oriented service. Touch Digital project's main aim was to support SME’s in the West Midlands to integrate elements of ‘Human Interface Technology’ into their products and services. It was across three strands of Research and Development specifically in Human Interface Technology – Innovation, Evaluation & Experimentation.

I worked within the Institute of Applied Entrepreneurship working on couple of projects designed to support entrepreneurs to start or grow their own business. Projects include:4front 'Virtual Office' - support programme for new and small businesses.District+ - Know-Eco (an EU-funded project to encourage organisations in the construction and mobility sectors to eschew environmentally-unfriendly practices and adopt novel ‘green’ technologies and methodsSpeed WM - a programme that offers a 9 month placement to students who are budding entrepreneurs; designed to help students with a sound business idea and take the steps towards running a real business.
