Staffing and Recruitment & Business Development Independently work on generating leads, making cold calls & promote Pay Asia HR services to clients by targeting existing clients/ new clients & closing the Assignment. • Involve in Talent Acquisition for North & East India locations for multiple profile.• Developing new corporate alliances for the company and maintaining and serving existing clients.• Market research to locate the potential clients & Analyzing Client needs & sharing the requirements of the clients.• Meeting the HR Managers of respective client companies for a long-term association & understanding and analyzing their requirements in different domain categories through extensive industry research. • End-to-end responsibility of fulfilling manpower requirements for multiple clients; Different Sectors for both Permanent and contractual staffing.• Sourcing the profiles using various techniques such as - Searching through Job Portals such as (Naukri , Monster, Times Jobs) and Head hunting etc.- Mining the relevant profiles from existing database, head hunting, cold calling and also mapping the professionals using LinkedIn. • Conducting the basic level of screening the candidates and sending the suitable profiles to the respective clients. • Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews with the shortlisted candidates as per the available slots with the hiring managers.• Collecting the feedback of the interview from the hiring managers.• Maintaining regular tracker on the end-to-end recruitment activities and reporting them to the Managers.• Coordinating with the client and the offered candidates on salary negotiations and the joining dates.• Generating reports related to the end-to-end recruitment activities and reporting to the Business heads and the Managers.• Closely working with the vendors for fulfilling the niche and volume demands.
