Manage and oversee more than 70 accounts. • Work closely with high-end clients to ensure exceptional service. • Build relationships with top executives and companies to provide comfort and quality service. • Plan and implement events for Suite Holders and clients. • Supervise approximately 15 Luxury Suite Captains per game. • Examine all checks from luxury suites for accuracy during close-out. • Responsible for preparing food distribution reports for the head chefs. • Enter game day food orders for luxury suites into MICROS computer system. • Interact with guests to ensure quality customer service and continued business. • Respond to guests’ concerns and answer questions by visiting all 63 luxury suites and speaking with guests. • Prepare well-crafted, marketing e-mails to sell monthly packages. • Arrange VIP suites and deliver food service in a timely manner for Cardinals ownership. • Prepare detailed inventory assessment of products for all suites at Busch Stadium.• Contact guests prior to event date to sell products and up sell food service and beverage items.• Verify beverage orders with vendors to guarantee product availability for game day and non-game day events.
