 Worked in a leading American Home Textile Liaison Office as Manager Quality and Innovation. Proper monitoring and control of all quality matters and individuals. Interaction with head office in San Francisco to produce required samples and to ensure production thereafter. Analysis of requirements of samples i.e. Count, Reed, Picks, GSM etc. Arrange weaving, dyeing, finishing and grading of samples/ Production and follow up to final shipments. To evaluate all Pre Production and Production samples before the shipment and give approval thereon to finalize the shipment and settle all queries related to product. Furnishing the requisitions from Labs worldwide according to ISO or any Other International Standard. To conduct the research for reduction of product cost by applying different procedures and techniques.  To share monthly QC analysis with Pakistan office as well as SF office.

 Planning of quality production till execution of orders, from fabric requirement to Shipment. Implementation of the plans approved for the orders, and work as problem sorter for the same. Evaluation of Vendor Facilities agianst Customer Standards.  Sample follows up (From stitching to finishing). Production /Quality follow up from Calculation of Fabric till Finished Product and coordination along with buying agencies. Coordination of queries for improvement of quality from Buyer and corresponding thereon. To monitor system certifications.

 Efficient calculation of costing of products. Arrangement of Stitching contractor and follow up till the final shipment. Established complete department of Garment / apparels. Interaction with Customers to produce required samples (as per buyer specification) and monitor till approval.

 Starting with a cutting supervisor and promoted to Production In charge within a year. Responsibilities include, in time shipment according to Customer PO. To arrange external inspections whenever required.  To verify Stitcher’s payments prior to disbursement.
