My Responsibilities - Coordination with Sales Field Force Team members, Managers and Distributors for Their Orders Delivery and Dispatch on time.- Coordination with Distributors for Dues and Advance payment as per the company's policy.- Prioritize Orders Processing as per Customer ledger balances and to avoid inventory issues at distributions.- Issuance of Distribution Agreements to New Coming Distributors.- Supervision of Warehouse department.- Supervision of Transport for Order dispatches.- Coordination with Truck Adda Contact Persons to assure delivery on time.- Manages Orders and Payments of Distributors and Daily basis reporting.- Email and Phone Calls Coordination.- Responsible to Update Customer Ledger and Monitor Customer Status.- Responsible to Manage available stock by the Customer Orders and to Monitor stocks level as per minimum inventory level (monthly modified).- Responsible to Update Sales Management System with Real Time entries.- Systems Entries [Orders > Delivery Challan with Bilties Info > Invoices], [Credit Note], [Debit Note], Discount/Bonus Claims Entries....etc...- Responsible to Send Month wise sales data for E.FBR declaration.

I'm responsible of the ERP Coordination for maintaining records and following up for the real time entry update with all the relevant department i.e.. Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, Material Management, Warehouses, Engineering, Accounts, etc.I’m responsible to train new comers of any department i.e.. Computers, Cameras, DVR, Laserjet Printers, PABX, intercom, although almost complete hardware and networking, and also for Imaje Printing Machine 9028 & 9030.I'm responsible to create and file E-FBR E-Payments income tax challan on monthly basis of Employees (Section 149), services and suppliers.I'm responsible to create yearly and quarterly tax working of employees after January Increment or on change of Fiscal period.I'm responsible to purchase IT related supplies from different vendors with comparison, and also keep IT stock inventory updated.I have created Doctor's Sales Monitoring System, Bank Statement System, Petty Cash Follow System at Cibex (Private) Limited.I also assist Assistant Manager Supply Chain and Assistant Manager Engineering.
