As a nutritional and health consultant, I have a passion for empowering people to live a healthy and prosperous life. Growing up in North Carolina, I am blessed to grow up eating fresh food that we grew on the farm. We knew where our food came from and our family thrived. I continue to carry that passion through adulthood. I volunteered at the Tacoma Farmers Market Board and was one of the co-founding board members of the Tacoma Food Coop. I understand the importance of proper nutrition, and I want to help others feel good and live a healthy life. Our food system and the American diet is struggling to provide the nutrients and vitamins that are so vital for a healthy body. I was a victim. I struggled with sleep, lack of energy, lack of clarity, and I struggled with weight. I never felt healthy. A friend introduced me to a company that put people first, both physically and financially. I was inspired to try something different to get me back on track to a healthier life. With hard work and the right tools, I have been able to overcome my health challenges. I am 61 lbs lighter, I'm eating a healthy and nutritious diet, I have more energy, I feel rested, and my health numbers are in check. Most importantly, I feel great. Take control of your health.
