- Hotel Development: Securing top-tier international operators (Hilton, Marriott, Accor) for BRG's hotel projects. Negotiate & manage hotel management agreements, ensuring optimal value. Explore & develop innovative added-value services- Partnership Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including ministries, government authorities, embassies, and international business partners.- High-Profile Event Organization: Take part in as event organization for BRG's real estate projects, involving with Chairman and top government leaders.

- Interdepartmental Coordination: Serve as a bridge between the Chairman's Office and various internal departments such as Finance, Investment, Legal, Marketing, and Sales. Effectively coordinate and collaborate to ensure a smooth and timely launch of real estate projects- Site Visits: Accompany the Chairman on business trips for property site visits, conducting necessary research and preparing briefing materials beforehand.- Investment Document Management: Provide comprehensive support to the Chairman in managing and preparing investment documents for real estate projects.- Deal Support: Actively participate in real estate investment deal structuring and negotiations, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are readily available to the Chairman.- Strategic Project Support: Extend my expertise beyond real estate to assist the Chairman with other strategic initiatives undertaken by the group, including ventures in hospitality, fintech, and other emerging sectors.
