Responsible for the electrical, communications & security scope for WMATA Platform improvement Project. With a condensed two year back to back 100 day shutdown spading across of 11 stations throughout DC, Maryland & Virginia schedule required work 24/7 construction & peaked in a combine 2 year 80 electricians & 4 staff members on-site. At times there were difficult access, limited laydown area and major civil/structural work. We were able to completed ahead of schedule & $400k under budget. Ultimately responsibility for the success of these projects, including budget/P&L, schedule, Procurement, equipment, client relations, change management, staff development and trainingTools and process that were developed are now company standards.
