The Office for Students (OfS) is the independent regulator of higher education in England.Part of the Data, Foresight and Analysis department, more specifically the Finance & Gateways team.• Conducted analysis of UCAS data to summarise the proportion of first time university applications to reapplications based on age, university and course.• Produced individualised Excel dashboards displaying each university’s financial health by calculating key financial indicators through code.• Verified universities’ annual financial return and their financial statements.• Conducted analysis on providers' extremism/terrorism data for the government's Counter-terrorism duty 'Prevent' in order to flag universities with a potential threat.• Supervised shared team inboxes and phone lines in order to resolve queries and problems with internal and external stakeholders.
