- Being a communication connector between Carlswave and factories, as well as Carlswave’s customers- Follow up production situation for the orders, ensure that the factories comply with customer quality assurance standard.- Follow up and check the shipping schedule to make sure that the delivery will be on time as expected- Work closely with fabric/trims suppliers to solve arised problems which is related to fabric/trims- Together with customer and factories, solve all problems which are related to production (from designing to shipment)
