I am a down-to-earth person with simple beliefs. - If there were no problems, managers are not required. Managers exist because there cannot be a process without problem. - Every problem has a simple solution - it is hidden are we have not been able to find it. - No solution is perfect and so the solution will invariably create another issue. So there is a need to keep a keen eye on red flags before something blows up.
