As the Chief Operating Officer at Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM), Todd leads the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of KARM's Programs, Facilities, Information Techologies, and Food Service programs that serve the poor and needy of the Knoxville area. Todd leverages his degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and his consulting skills to design and deliver operations that are aligned with KARM's mission of providing recovery services in Jesus' name and preparing people for the abundant life promised in John 10:10.Todd has been with KARM since 2015 and has had the privilege of serving as a Frontline employee and all over programs, eventually advancing to Vice President of Programs and COO in less than seven years. He has overseen the expansion of KARM's outreach, emergency, transitional, recovery, and development-based services, reaching 4,000+ men, women, and children each year. He has also implemented innovative solutions to improve the quality, efficiency, and impact of the programs, such as data-driven evaluations, partnerships with local churches and organizations, and staff training and development. Todd's passion is to see lives transformed by the grace and power of God's love through KARM's staff.
