Rachael Barrett is a fine art consultant, advisor and cultural strategist who founded the curatorial and project management service Three Sixty Degrees (TSDCS) in 2010 to facilitate the commission, exhibition, and strategical development of fine art and contemporary culture. TSDCS collaborates with a network of artists, curators, private collectors, and institutions to strategically build public and private collections; enhance and develop cultural profile; research and share knowledge; and facilitate successful collaborations between commerce, policy and culture. Collaborators have included: Quintessentially, Ben Brown Fine Art, White Cube, Gagosian Gallery, Finch & Partners, The Govt. of Jamaica, Festival de Cannes, Tate, The British Fashion Council, The Armory Show, Frieze Art Fair, Art Basel, Phillips Auction House, and Art Moscow. Considered an international expert on the UHNW sector, TSDCS has consulted with luxury brands across the fields of fine art, technology, aviation, yachting, fashion and film on enhancing cultural profile and UHNW client appeal including Edmiston, LVMH, Playboy, Vogue, Vanity Fair, VistaJet, UBS, Roger Vivier, Sotheby’s, Chanel, Ciroc, Phillips, & others.In 2015 Rachael founded _space caribbean, a contemporary art driven NGO to act as a platform to connect world class international contemporary art culture to the Caribbean local creative community, and advocates the use of culture as a tool to drive socio-economic change. Rachael has also served as a Lecturer in the School of Arts Management and Humanities at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts, and am currently completing M. Phil research toward earning a PhD in the Dept. of Cultural Studies at the University of the West Indies with research focused on Caribbean contemporary art, artists, history and practice.
