▪ Built a model for evaluating genetic similarity across thousands of patients given theirsequencing data; stratifying patients by genetic similarity empowers causal variantanalysis for genotype-to-phenotype research▪ Worked with another intern who was moved onto my project halfway through the summer; weworked together to use my genetic similarity metrics as input to multiple machinelearning algorithms to predict nth degree relationships (e.g. a second cousin would be a6th degree relationship)▪ Built a pipeline that, given filters of interest (e.g. whole exome data and/or probandswith sequenced family members), queries a Snowflake SQL warehouse and then an APIfor downloading patient sequencing data and meta data
