Served as the official spokesperson for the Mississippi Highway Patrol's safe-driving initiative, D.R.I.V.E.; Traveled over 22,000 miles reaching 5,000+ individuals; Served as fundraising chair to bring in over $11,000 in new scholarships; Designed and implemented media and public relations campaigns; Secured new and oversaw management of existing sponsor contracts; Embodied the pillars of Scholarships, Education, Responsibility, Volunteerism, and Empowerment in appearances and speaking engagements throughout the state of Mississippi

My service initiative, I Am Titanium, focused on finding and sharing stories of perseverance, partnering with the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and their patients to address related needs, and impacting communities directly through projects and initiatives that inspire strength and resilience. In over 1,020 hours, I raised more than $11,600 for CMN Hospitals and related non-profits, secured partnerships with two 501(c)(3) non-profits for existing projects, established ongoing patient-mentor relationships through surgeon partnerships, and provided recovery packages to countless patients at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. For my work, I was awarded First Runner-Up to the Miss Mississippi Quality of Life Award and a $1,000 scholarship and twice recognized by the Governor's Initiative for Volunteer Excellence for outstanding volunteer service to the state of Mississippi.

For nearly 7 years, I was an independent contractor of The Miss America Organization. In that role, I dedicated over 1,020 hours of volunteer service toward developing my social impact initiative, I Am Titanium - Overcoming Limitations. I made appearances related to sharing the ideals and upholding the standards of the Miss America Organization, including community service, academic excellence, mentorship, leadership, individuality, and civic engagement. I served to advance and further develop the MAO's mission "to prepare great women for the world, and to prepare the world for great women."

Provided support to the Shared Advancement Services team of 10 professionals; Assisted Donor Relations and Stewardship coordinators in developing and maintaining donor relationships and satisfaction through event planning, special project promotion, and donor communications; Provided the Marketing Manager, Communications Specialist, Publications Manager, and Social Media Coordinator with feedback and content for promotional use; Served as the spokeswoman for the finalization of Mississippi's first university billion-dollar fundraising campaign by filming more than 300 personalized donor thank you videos

Conducted legislative research and briefed reports and issue-specific documents in coordination with legislative staff; Received and processed constituent calls and requests for assistance within Mississippi's 1st Congressional District; Drafted and implemented written public relations efforts including website copy re-design and constituent letters; Assisted in general office duties and management

Planned and assisted with events that raised funds for Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in the North Mississippi region; Served as hospital advocate and spokesperson by sharing my patient story to both internal and external audiences; Provided support in donor relations and public affairs in the Mississippi Children's Miracle Network Hospitals market

Assisted a veterinarian with general examinations, vaccinations, x-rays, surgeries, treatment of injuries, administering medications, and grooming manners; Oversaw the upkeep of the boarding clinic on weekends; Assisted in receptionist duties including answering phone calls, organizing patient files, mailing patient reminders, and restocking the pharmacy

Assisted with both indoor and outdoor photoshoots by handling lights, props, and backgrounds; Oversaw incoming and outgoing orders by packaging and mailing photos; Traveled with a photographer to locations across Northeast Mississippi to assist in photographing sports teams, school events, formal affairs, and senior portraits
