I am a highly ambitious Supply Chain professional working as a Principal Product Manager for Amazon. I graduated from Penn State's Supply Chain program in May of 2016 with minors in Spanish and International Business. I have been with Amazon since June of 2016, and have since specialized in both Inbound, Inventory Control/Quality Assurance, and Amazon Robotics roles. During my time at Amazon I have launched 2 Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers in the North East, Amazon's fastest growing region. My first launch building was a Quick Deploy building, which launched just 4 months after its plans were drafted. My last FC launch, an Amazon Robotics Sortable building in Edison, NJ, launched just 6 weeks before Black Friday in 2017. Since launching these buildings, I have led and managed teams of up to 135 Amazon Associates, and consistently performed in the top 10% for Manager Engagement Ratings. In preparation for my last building's launch, I led the creation of the site's Quality Launch Documents; identifying Quality risks in each department's set-up, and worked directly with Operations teams to develop the site goals, on-boarding and training plans that would be required to ensure a smooth launch with benchmark quality performance. Following launch, I owned and drove the execution to the site’s Quality targets, and played a major role in the success of several other buildings within the North East region; always with the goal of ensuring high quality performance, minimal scrap within the operations processes, and maximum customer satisfaction. In 2021 I promoted into a Principal Program Manager role, and assumed the role of Inbound Problem Solve Subject Matter Expert for North America, where I am utilized my experience in Operations to drive results in Quality, Cost, and Sustainability on a global scale. In 2023 I was promoted into a Principal Product Manager role where I continued to own the product life cycle of multiple fulfillment center exceptions handling tools and have consistently generated over $150MM in annual labor and cost avoidance savings in my product portfolio.
