Consideration of significant material may be necessary at the outset and careful planning of questions to raise. Social media searches may be involved and/or drive-by covert work.6. Statement/credibility reports7. Court sitting briefs to include inquests, Magistrate and Crown Court hearings/trials8. Occasional but not recent locum work which included Court of Protection mental health work.9. Swearing of oaths, affidavits and certifying documents10. Providing advice on road traffic matters, both civil and crime
