My Career has mainly consisted of being a Hotel Manager running successful Hotel operations in large Branded Hotels, managing budgets and KPI’s.During the lockdown, I launched Uramaki Sushi online delivery service which my Husband and I have now developed to deliver Nationwide. Uramaki can cater for that relaxing night in, social get togethers, lunches, office fuddles and large corporate events.Whilst running this business with my Husband Paul Thacker, I also manage the day-to-day operation at Luxury Waterside Apartments on behalf of Encore Estate Management diversifying my knowledge into the property market.
