Working in the rental department starting as a Management Trainee, I was promoted to Management Assistant within one year. Working with accounts, such as Vauxhall, Mercedes Benz, BMW and several major leasing companies. Also worked within business to business sales sector, promoting my branch and bringing on local corporate accounts to increase revenue.As Management Assistant I had the responsibility of generating sales and bringing high revenue business on board using methods including cold calling via telephone and targeting specific areas along with networking.As an individual and as a branch we collectively exceeded our targets showing business growth, profitability and ESQi (Customer Service Index) as well as decreasing aged debt.
