• Prepare tutorial materials and lead tutorials for Sociological Theory (SCLG2601) & Sydney Science 2050 (SCIE1001); • Mark assignments and provide constructive feedback for students; • Handle administrative tasks and correspondence, including responding to student enquiries regarding assignments, attendance and ad hoc student consultations.

• Organised events such as the Critical Social Science Approach to Epidemic Intelligence Workshop; • Handled venue reservations, catering arrangements, and travel reservations for participants; • Write up the workshop reports; • Monitor budget, manage fund utilisations and reimbursement; • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for event-based and research purposes.

• Assisted international and domestic students settling into Sydney and the university life by referring to the appropriate services. • Trained new peer support advisors (PSA) and assisted in managing the team by facilitating training sessions and team updates. • Extensive experiences in writing professional work emails and responding to sensitive topics (e.g., students with depression seeking help) on Zoom and WeChat in English and Chinese Mandarin. • Designed safe and supportive environment for students to discuss enquiries online and in person.

• Organise and facilitate on- and off-campus events such as Welcome Fest, Careers Fair, etc. • Deliver timely responses to both face-to-face and online enquiries to support current students; • Help students connect with university support services and resources and ensure a smooth transition to campus life for those just commencing.
