Master the political landscape in each state, including the power players and funders, what motivates them, the biggest obstacles to a fair economy and healthy democracy, and policy solutions that will help address them.Staff Management: Recruit, onboard, and coach State Directors to meet and exceed organizational and personal goals. Set ambitious targets, guide strategic work, & drive results on tight deadlines. Clearly define expectations on the front end, provide ongoing feedback, stay engaged, and create a culture of accountability & learning. Manage & direct consultant teams in states.
