Set ambitious targets, guide strategic work, & drive results on tight deadlines. Clearly define expectations on the front end, provide ongoing feedback, stay engaged, and create a culture of accountability & learning. Manage & direct consultant teams in states. Create a peer-to-peer learning program to elevate and share best practices and learnings across states. State Electoral Campaigns: Supervised a $1M state independent expenditure electoral program in Pennsylvania in 2022 resulting in flipping the State House, delivering a Democratic majority and electing Governor Josh Shapiro.
