Store Reporting is the business intelligence platform which provides clients with online reports pertaining to their web store. Our clients logged into this platform to get on-demand information about the performance of their online store operations, inventory, product catalog and promotions. I was responsible for all aspects of product management, from inception to launch and iterations. This included cross functional requirements gathering, budgeting and pricing models, market and competitive research, product roadmap, release schedule, customer support, and product documentation.

ProductCamp is a FREE un-conference for Product Managers in which attendees volunteer to speak, vote on the sessions and speakers, and collaborate with peers to share tips, best practices and experience. The sessions team is responsible for recruiting speakers for ProductCamp DC sessions and keynotes, facilitating the voting of the sessions by the conference attendees, and managing the scheduling of the selected sessions.

The Vi family of communities develops, owns and manages 10 residential communities for older adults across the US, offering luxury rentals with optional assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.Managed on premise and hosted company software solutions as well as a team of contract developers. Managed multiple software upgrades, installations, and redesigns for Financial software, Business Intelligence, and Customer Relationship Management.
