• Maintained advanced level knowledge of the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, 340B Drug Pricing Program, VA contracting, supplemental rebate contracting, and rebating analysis.
• Official Invoice Intake contact for 16 unique labeler codes.
• Allocated funds to ensure timely rebate payments to all 50 states (individual checks per state program) and any additional supplemental contracts for each client, ensuring each client received a proof of payment.
• Oversaw the Medicaid Drug Rebate Dispute Resolution program for each of our drug manufacturer clients, resulting in 1.8 million dollars in recovered overpayments in the year 2020.
• Onboarded new clients and assisted with the construction of variance tests for each NDC 11 product for rebate analysis review. Configured analysis tool to each client’s unique product.
• Created metrics for the Medicaid department to measure efficiency, accuracy, time management, and overall proficiency for both analysts and managers. Created a 4-week Medicaid training program, complete with recorded.

• Maintained expert level knowledge of the Medicare DSNP plans United Healthcare offered and extended this subject matter expertise to both internal analysts and UHC providers through exceptional problem solving.
• Triaged issues from multiple share points and platforms to ensure timely resolution by the correct ancillary team. Tracked and maintained issue resolution in Tableau.
• Developed new and updated current SOPs as business needs, processes, and CMS rules changed.
• Created and managed departmental contacts to provide avenues of resolution and collaboration between departments. Provided end user support and demonstrations to the myriad of systems, platforms, and resources UHC.
• Received 107 Above and Beyond awards from both internal staff and external providers for outstanding performance over the course of 4 years.
• Received Employee of the Year award for 2019.
