I am responsible for implementing the global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy, which involves designing and developing Year 1 work plan activities. I also create communication and engagement strategies and lead initiatives that are in line with Chemonics’ 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. One of my key projects is piloting a DEI analysis tool where I collect and analyze data, collaborate with project offices and the executive management team, and work with other internal stakeholders. I then incorporate the data into reports and facilitate participatory prioritization workshops based on recommendations. Additionally, I lead all significant DEI thought leadership and outreach activities, which include content development, communications strategy development, and planning.

I led operations and project management for two units of the $9.5 billion USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM). I developed strategies to streamline business operations, led cross-functional projects, and collaborated with stakeholders to drive efficient decision-making. I advised leadership on issue prioritization and analysis while overseeing a $10 million budget, ensuring compliance with USG regulations. I managed the full subcontractor lifecycle, from drafting solicitations to negotiation and closeout while maintaining partner relationships. Additionally, I led talent acquisition and onboarding, working closely with human resources to ensure a fair, inclusive performance review process.Throughout my tenure, I championed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of the project. As the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) focal point for GHSC-PSM HQ, I integrated DEI principles into program operations. I co-founded and co-chaired Chemonics' Gender Equity Network (ChemGEN), promoting gender equity and empowering marginalized groups. I supported the GHSC-PSM senior vice president (SVP) and senior project leadership and led the overall coordination of the $87 million GHSC-PSM HQ Workplan.

Before being promoted to senior operations manager, I served as the first operations manager for the Knowledge Management and Communications, Monitoring and Evaluation and Data Analytics teams; developing standard operating procedures, improving financial acumen, and streamlining processes.
