Rachit is a Partner in the Tax group and practices in transfer pricing with a focus on Asset Management, Financial Services, and Real Estate sectors. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of issues covering operating model and policy design, intra-group financing, valuations, business restructuring and tax risk mitigation. He is also involved in developing the firm's transfer pricing offering in the Middle East.He is an instructor for executive level transfer pricing courses conducted at International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) and Lausanne University. He has worked with the World Bank in the past to conduct transfer pricing training for tax authorities from Estonia, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, and Tanzania.He has recently authored a chapter in the 2023 Wolters Kluwer's book ‘Applying the arm’s length principle to intra group financial transactions: A Reference Guide’.
