It is legal for companies to use chemicals known to be harmful, or that have never been evaluated for safety. Add to that the materials that are unsustainable or misleading, and there is a lot of opportunity for improvement. -Collaborate with management to open new MAC location at Liberty Center, including setting expectations for artistry, sales, and clientele development.-Recruit and book clientele for makeovers as part of various events, meeting baseline booking expectations of 500 client over three day event, performing makeovers, and upselling minimum product purchases.-Assist in all aspects of technique classes by visiting senior MAC artists, including planning, logistics, scheduling, and artistry execution.

-Managed 40 employees on three teams in the Customer Care department, each with separate metrics. -Maximized rates of client referral to activation, measure and meet key performance indicators set by Humana Inc., and manage the performance and productivity of team members on the floor. -Established sales team partnerships, recruiting new clients and converting pay sources to VRI.

-Handled incident escalation and research management as Senior Lead for the company’s Care Departments, VRI business partners, and case managers. -Assisted with employee coaching and feedback for protocol revision based on incident review.

-Assisted with remote vitals monitoring clients, interacted with case managers, and assisted home service reps with pairing equipment for new installs.

-Dispatching on Medical Alarms, as well as troubleshooting equipment.-Coach and mentor fellow dispatchers, while taking on several other duties and jobs to ensure all runs smoothly in the Care Center.
