• Collaborate with business analysts and server administrators to assist with resolving complex issues when using Tableau Software• Effectively communicate with customers, Technical Account Managers, local Account teams, and internal teams via email, phone, and other electronic methods to resolve customer issues.• Mentoring other Technical Support Engineers in researching, resolving, and documenting customer server issues• Develop, document, mentor, and train others in support procedures for server-related technical triage and problem solving• Escalate support cases and work with Development to resolve known issues• Support products on Mac OS, Windows OS, Linux and Ubuntu• Consistent performance on metrics

• Create an exceptional customer service experience for users• Provide friendly, timely support to Helpers and customers via phone, email and text• Troubleshoot user problems with the app• Handle support escalation phone calls• Make recommendations based on feature requests and bugs reported by users• Assist with onboarding of new Helpers• Assist with training of new team members• Investigate and review helper complaints, perform corrective actions
