Ensure quality of incoming materials. Coordinate quality incoming personnel to perform inspection and releasing of incoming materials, such as plastic, metallic & electronics. Set up of containment actions with third party companies in plant and in customer facilities. Issuing and follow up of quality notifications to suppliers. Conduct internal process audits in VDA 6.3, as co-auditor.

Ensure quality of product through automated controls and inspections in process. Constantly support to production lines. Prepare reports and information for customer. Update production lines documentation. Launch Zero defectsmethodology in assembly line.

First line of contact with customer as Quality customer service. Attend OEM's requirements. Prepare 8D reports for customer. Keep documentation in assembly process up to date. Attend customer audits in plant and to sub-tiers for closure of quality issues.
