As the OC & IE Account Manager I was directly responsible for over 30+ standing guard accounts made up of retail, commercial, residential or business centers. I also managed three patrol routs consisting of 25+ accounts ranging from retail, commercial, residential or business centers. directly responsible for the scheduling of 75+ security officers on a weekly basis, performed recruiting, hiring and termination as it related to performance.
