Work with primarily tier 1 and OEM automotive manufacturers to develop high production grinding solutions from RFQ stage to installation.• Works with engineering and purchasing teams to develop customized turnkey grinding solutions to match customer needs• Responsible for business development, management of sales reps in territory, and new market opportunities• Knowledge of other manufacturing processes to optimize line manufacturing• Extensive knowledge of engine component manufacturing (crankshaft, camshaft, transmission shaft)• Technical support to the customer.• Generate engineering proposals for process and turnkey applications.• Define and troubleshoot complex manufacturing/machining processes.

• Responsible for attracting potential customers for the sale and after-sales supervision of grinding machines for the automotive/metalworking industry.• Develops and analyzes customized technical proposals presented to customers.• Negotiate and secure with the customer the scope of the proposals.• Detailed understanding of piece price, tooling and design impact.

• Part of the sales team of Conecel's own brand of electrical conductors, Voltmex. Conecel is the largest electrical conductors manufacturing company in LATAM.• In charge of developing business strategies within sales platforms such as Mercado Libre, social networks, as well as B2B and B2C. • Project development with Alibaba Mexico for wholesale distribution.• Development of a new power outlet project for its upcoming distribution and manufacturing. • One year goal: to grow 4.2% in the company's total turnover with Voltmex sales, where the trend shows that this target can be surpassed.
