These data were used to create and maintain several reports and dashboards, and to support projects management.• Plan, develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions for Supply Chain, Inventory, Plant Maintenance, and Project Management. I created dashboards using the clients choice of data visualization tool (Qlickview, Excel, etc) and developed extractors for all dashboards from SAP (modules MM, PM, PS), spreadsheets, sites, and web applications (web scraping), so that no manual labor is needed to keep all reports and dashboards up to date.• Business process mapping: Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Automation, among others.• Developed a methodology to validate and indicator/KPI effectiveness for a given business process. With this method the client was able to reduce the quantity of indicators that needed to be monitored in several areas. Show less

• The course was a social project of the college, where I worked as an instructor for students from public schools since the first contact with the computer to the point they were able to work in an administrative envirolment.• At the end of the project I received an award from the Rio de Janeiro's city mayor in appreciation for the work done.
