I studied aerospace engineering and directed myself towards the People field, specifically in management and recruitment. I indirectly worked with People Analytics, which is my main focus.I started in the Human Resources sector at AEROJR., the Aerospace Engineering Junior Company at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. As an advisor, I learned about performance evaluation, selection processes, and personal follow-up of employees.At the same time as my work in the junior company, I began an internship at Trybe, a technology school whose mission aligns with a personal goal: to generate opportunities in people's lives. I was hired as an Assistant in April 2023 after almost 2 years of collaboration.From the beginning, I provided support for recruitment processes, performing communication, scheduling, and alignment operations with candidates. Gradually, I became responsible for analyzing data from the processes, managing conversion rates, declines, candidate diversity, and satisfaction surveys.Using RStudio and Google Sheets, I created dashboards with the most relevant analytical information for the team, including helping to implement and monitor KPIs for the recruitment area. I valued that decisions and directions were always anchored by data and that all Trybe recruitment processes followed their flow in a stable and efective way.After that, I joined to Bigtrade at the beginning of the company, an agricultural fintech whose mission is to expand credit access for rural producers. My mission is estructurate the Human Resourcer area, promoting strategic hires, constructing internal processes from scratch and consolidating mechanisms of people managment.
