Provided technical leadership to the product development and business engineering teams.Developed an EHR On-ramp strategy and established execution rhythm towards transitioning the company from its current slowly declining Medical information capture/transformation business into the EHR space. Architected the S1 Enterprise platform on J2EE by integrating solutions from multiple acquisitions, enabling S1 to develop applications across multiple customer interaction channels. The platform employed a wide range of open source software (OSS) from Apache, jQuery, Freemarker and Spring.Integrated over 10 acquisitions and the corresponding solutions. The initiative involved integrating operations across multiple locations and building solutions like branch, call center, ATM and the Internet for retail, small-business, corporate and private banking on the new platform. Developed sophisticated tools for reporting all balances and transactions at any bank, in any currency, and included comprehensive global payments capabilities. The payments capabilities encompassed all types of payments – P2P, B2C, B2B and remittances over ACH, wires, SWIFT, Credit Cards, PayPal, SEPA, etc.
