The group provided email marketing technology and interactive agency services (including creative, strategy, acquisition, web development and search marketing) to over 500 clients. The group had about 600 associates in 23 offices in 11 countries around the world, organized into six areas consisting of Sales, Client Services, Interactive Agency Services, Technology, EMEA and APAC.Grew company's revenue 40% to approximately 100MM dollars. Expanded out from email into digital marketing services including Search and Web development.The company was created by putting together industry leading email companies, Bigfoot Interactive and DoubleClick Email Solutions. Experience performing due diligence and integrating large geographically dispersed teams to create massive synergy efficiencies.

Led the company's platform to leadership position in Forrester and Jupiter analyst evaluations. Managed R&D, Technology Operations and Infrastructure with a combined team of over 225 technologists spread across North America, Europe and Asia. Scaled the platform and infrastructure (six global data centers) to support over 500 clients internationally. Hands on involved in architecture and scalability. Integrated the technology teams across Bigfoot Interactive and DoubleClick email solutions group.
