In my current role, I am shouldering the entire responsibility of the creative function within India that I have been instrumental in setting up from a scratch. As a part of my role, I am responsible for the end-to-end creative delivery with additional P & L accountability for the studio. I have been accredited for identifying opportunities for business growth and engaging actively with clients across India, UK & China for acquiring their creative business. Over the years, I have successfully collaborated with the team based of the US HQ and ensuring alignment of regional strategy with overall global business objectives. I have been focused on driving high level of engagement, motivation and enablement of the team through intensive employee reach strategy & initiatives. I have garnered expertise in managing leading global customers including Pearson, Harper Collins, Robert Fredrick Publication, Scholastics, CUP (Cambridge University Press), OUP (Oxford University Press), McGrawhill, Wiley, Hoddar and Brown Publishing.

Growth Path:2008-2009: Senior Art Director2007-2008: Senior VisualizerHere, I initiated tenure in the advertising function and shortly moved into the publishing business. As a part of my responsibility, I handled a gamut of areas including Art Direction, Conceptualization, Team Building, Client Communication and project deliveries. My accountability spanned across diverse projects of varying sizes. I also garnered international exposure through active participation in global platforms of repute such as Bologna Book Fair and gained hands on experience by working closely with customers including Oxford University press at their global office in UK. During the tenure, I managed customers of international repute including the likes of Marvel Comics, Harper Collins, Robert Fredrick Publication, Scholastics, Brown Reformation (U.K.), CUP (Cambridge University Press), OUP (Oxford University Press), Harcourt Publishers, Pearson, Appleseed, Franklin Watts, Disney and Time For Kids (U.S.) among several others. Additionally, I participated actively in the integration, communication and overall business management during the merger of Bill Smith Group & Q2A Media in the year 2011.

My role during this tenure involved bringing creative ideas to life either digitally or in print. I successfully honed my technical as well as artistic skills to create a ‘visual’ basis briefs.

During these years, I was engaged in visualizing and engendering the creative idea. My role involved entire conception and conversion of the design (2 & 3 Dimensional) into production format. I was also responsible for supervision of print production and fabrication (Exhibition Design).
