Managing day to day activities of the manufacturing process to assure that safety and best practices are maximized. Activities of all 3 shifts lead by repartees Shift In charges (at the level of Executives).9. Review for Raw material Planning and Procurement.10. Prepare & report Monthly Management data to Top Management.11. Review Supervisor & operator training for Quality & Productivity Improvement. 12. Line balancing / shifting / Setting up as per Time Study.13.Review and support for material handling and Storage in the factory for Productivity improvement at shop floor14. Review & check Implementation of Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Kanban in Production Shop Floor.15. Responsible for Inventory Management (Stock V/S Actual Stock (RM/WIP/FG)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ;1. PRODUCTION PLANNING & SCHEDULE ADHERANCE: - Daily Monitoring of production targets as per customer Requirements with specified quality and in a stipulated time, Responsible for daily MRS (Material requisition slip) as per the schedule received from PPC.2. PRODUCTIVITY AND IMPROVEMENTS: - Identification of Value Added, Non-Value Added & Waste Activity, work distribution and line balancing of the assembly line by Conducting time study & Motion Study in order to reduce the bottleneck points on the conveyor.3. Ensure required ESD precautions are in full use & all the workstation is static safe.? Functionally & operationally operating the M/C (DEK-ELAI Paste Printer, FUJI NXT Chip Shooter & Fine Placer, Reflow oven).4. DEFECT ANALYSIS: - Daily defect analysis through 3 G meeting and applying the counter measures to the problems by using 7-QC TOOLS, 8D, and WHY- WHY Analysis & Abnormality Handling system. 5. TRAININGS AND EDUCATION: - To provide trainings to new associates. Identification of need of trainings to trained associates to get the max. Utilization of Manpower with excellent quality & efficiency.6. VISUAL MANAGEMENT: - To develop the visual controls on the line, preparations of one-point standards (OPS) & OST for the better understanding of associates performing the work.7. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM: - Responsible for weekly and monthly reports which include PPM STATUS, SUGGESTION TREND, TOP FIVE DEFECTS ANALYSIS, KAIZENS, PDCA, for Problem Solving and Action plan for Productivity & Quality Improvement.8. TEAM MOTIVATION: - Leading and motivating the team to give Suggestion, perform Kaizens, involving them in quality circle activities in order to make the work simple and interesting.9. To study the critical process on the line and it should be documented. 10. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per the schedule.11. Handling 2 Assembly lines & leading a team of 56 operators
