Partnering with Business Leaders and key stakeholders across the different regions like India and Philippines as well as various departments(Consumer Private Business Banking)- CPBB core Banking, WRB-Wealth and Retail Banking, Corporate Consumer Institutional Banking, Virtual Banking, Financial Market, Data Tech, Cash & Trade) and Revenue generating front of Bank(SCB India) for Frontline hiring needs while to analyze business goals, develop recruitment strategies and manage delivery within defined timelines.• Partnering with HR Business partners, Compensation & Benefits team to finalizecompensation of critical external and internal hires.• Recommending and implementing ideas and strategies related to high volume and niche skillhiring.• Leading and managing a team of recruiters and support their growth by coaching, trainingand by providing direction wherever required• Define Recruitment KPIs, SLA, Source Mix, etc. to enhance & monitor TA function metrics interms of customer satisfaction and recruiter performance• Providing insights to the senior management by managing TA Metrics & Dashboards• Acting as an escalation point for business concerns, and facilitate troubleshooting• Handling end to end recruitment-(Sourcing – Offer discussions – Offer Proposal fitment approvals and offer routing- Candidate connect).
