Inbound Calling - Handled customer queries and resolved them in the given SLA. 2. Email/Chat - Provided application and transaction related information to the customers through Email and Chat. 3. DMS - Worked on DMS tool, here have worked on maintaining the buy and sell data, preparing reports in excel for buy and sell etc.
