I am a software engineer at Onsitego, a leading provider of after-sales services for consumer electronics and appliances. I am also pursuing my Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, with a strong academic record and a keen interest in data structures and algorithms. My core competencies include low-level and high-level design, Git, and Python.At Onsitego, I have been involved in developing and enhancing several systems and features that improve the efficiency and quality of service delivery for customers and engineers. I have engineered an algorithm to assign service requests to engineers considering skill sets, real-time availability, and location data, enhancing resource allocation and service efficacy. I have also developed a system automating capacity management for engineers, handling credit-debit operations based on service requests, cancellations, and related events, refining engineer availability tracking and resource management processes. Additionally, I have developed a Live Tracking Dashboard system to monitor and manage service engineer activities efficiently. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of software engineers, product managers, and service operations managers, contributing to the company's vision of creating hassle-free experiences for customers and engineers.
