I've got more than 15 years of experience in the SAAS industry and served many cloud-computing domains including finance, accounting, CRM and helpdesk. Currently, I oversee the core product management activities for Zoho Desk. Steering the evolution of Zoho Desk, my vision as Senior Product Manager at Zoho Corporation is centered on product innovation and elevating user experiences.
