◇ Ensure all related drawings/document are properly kept for inspection.◇ Monitor welder and welding operator’s qualification and performance.◇ Daily material inspection include dimension and visual.◇ Responsible for issuing NCR and monitor the close-out and implementation.◇ Ensure all QC reports/documents/records are kept properly and updated.◇ Record the inspection result and project status, issuing weekly and monthly inspection report to client.◇ Visual inspection, prepare the VI report.◇ Record the inspection result and project status, issuing weekly and monthly inspection report to client.

◇ Perform inspection as per ITP, such as final inspection for block, integrity inspection etc.◇ Ensure all related drawings/document are properly kept for inspection.◇ Perform daily structure inspections such as material receiving, traceability, cutting, fit up, dimension and visual inspection according to ITP.◇ Monitor welder and welding operator qualification and monitor their performance.◇ Responsible for punch list raise and kill.◇ Responsible for issuing NCR and monitor the implementation of correction action and then NCR close-out.◇ Review and sign off inspection reports/records.◇ Ensure all QC reports/documents/records are kept properly and updated.◇ Attend weekly QC meeting with Contractor and Welders.◇ Record the inspection result and project status, issuing weekly and monthly inspection report to client.

◇ Ensure implementation of the Contractor submitted Quality related procedures comply with applicable specifications, standards and codes.◇ Perform daily structure inspections such as material receiving, traceability, cut profile, fit-up, dimension and visual inspection according to ITP.◇ Monitor PWHT and perform hardness test.◇ Responsible for punch list raise and kill.◇ Responsible for issuing NCR and monitor the implementation of correction action and then NCR close-out.◇ Review and sign off inspection reports/records.◇ Ensure all QC reports/documents/records are kept properly and updated.◇ Attend weekly site meeting with Contractor and welders.◇ Have full safety awareness at all times, identify and report if found any safety hazards at work place.◇ Record the inspection result and project status, issuing weekly and monthly inspection report.
