• Provided evaluation guidance for World Vision India’s (WVI), nation-wide Integrated Programme for Child Health (IPCH) to reduce malnutrition in 72 of 165 Area Development Programs (ADP). Research data subsequently, effectively reduced malnutrition in 43% of community development programs. • Trained and led a team of 8 to facilitate 2 field visits to collect qualitative data from government officials, adolescent girls, pregnant and lactating mothers, and community health workers. • Contributing author of the final evaluation report and presented findings of malnutrition, behavioral change, economic sustainability, maternal and child health and health education program to to World Vision staff, LLU medical residents, physicians, and MPH students. • Conducted participatory mixed methods approach, data analysis, round table discussions, and final report writing. • Led a team of 8 staff in Rajasthan to facilitate two field visits, 8 key informant interviews with government officials and other stakeholders; 4 focus groups with adolescent girls, pregnant and lactating mothers, and community health workers. • Developed, implemented, and analyzed the first electronic web survey for in-country program managers (82% completion rate) to obtain data relevant for evaluation objectives.• Coordinated logistics and communication with local and international team members for effective collaboration.
